Comsiant develop new SOP system for Solvay Healthcare

Solvay Healthcare Limited have recently launched a new sales-order processing system for their flu vaccine product Influvac. The new system has been designed and developed by Comsiant Limited.

Stephen Morris (Director - Comsiant limited): "The system had to meet a complex set of requirements and yet remain clear and intuitive to use. It had to integrate with systems operated by out-sourced call center and distributor partners as well as provide daily data feeds to Solvay corporate systems. It had to provide easy-to use interfaces for call center staff as well as powerful data management interfaces for the influvac product management team. On top of this, as the proposed system was to manage daily sales-order-distribution-invoicing data , it had to be robust and efficient"

Comsiant applied its expertise in data management and distributed system development to provide a core solution that has successfully met the requirements brief and importantly will readily allow for expansion of the system both in terms of functionality and application to other Solvay products.

Comsiant completed the contracted works on budget and within the foreshortened project deadline. Solvay have also looked to Comsiant to host this business critical system which it does from its Telehouse, London facility.
